We've quietly launched the new Soma Aviation website, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you. Whether you're an aspiring flight operations officer, a freight specialist looking to formalise your IATA training, or an HR lead booking a corporate intake, the new site is designed to get you what you need without the runaround.
The old site did its job as an online brochure: it told visitors who we are. But it didn't do enough to help the people who matter most, the trainees, employers and partners trying to work with us. The new site fixes that. Each course now has its own dedicated page with the full curriculum, fees, entry requirements and an enquiry form that goes straight to our admissions team.
But this is just the start. Over the coming months we're rolling out a complete digital platform: a student portal where every trainee tracks their journey through Soma, a trainers portal for our instructors to manage classes and materials, a documents library bringing together the Almanac, Prospectus and all course materials, and a virtual classroom that will let us deliver live online courses to students across Tanzania and the wider region.
Our promise has always been simple, to deliver the highest-quality aviation training in Tanzania. The platform we're building is how we deliver on that promise at the scale our industry needs. We hope you find the new site useful. If you spot anything we could do better, please tell us.
