Course overview

Not every member of an airline or airport team needs to be a dangerous goods specialist, but everyone needs to know what dangerous goods look like, why they matter, and what their own responsibilities are.

This one-day awareness course covers the essentials; the nine classes of dangerous goods, common items that are easily missed, hidden risks in passenger baggage, and the role of every staff group in keeping flights safe.
