We're pleased to announce that Soma Aviation now delivers Dangerous Goods Awareness training on-site for groups of ten or more, anywhere in Tanzania. If your team needs initial or refresher DG awareness training under the IATA two-year recertification requirement, we'll come to you.
The session covers exactly the same syllabus as our public Dangerous Goods Awareness course, the nine classes of dangerous goods, common items that are easily missed, hidden risks in passenger baggage, and the role of every staff group in keeping flights safe. It's the awareness-level course required for every airline, airport and ground handling staff member who works around aircraft, cargo or passengers.
On-site delivery means no travel time for your team, no scheduling around our public course dates, and a session that's customised to the specific risks and routines your operation faces. We've already delivered group sessions for ground handlers, freight forwarders and airline customer service teams across Dar es Salaam and Kilimanjaro.
Pricing is by the day, with group rates that work out significantly cheaper per person than the public course. We bring the course materials, the assessment, and the certificates. You provide the room and the team.
