Course Objectives
Dangerous Goods Awareness Training is designed for Flight Operation Personnel to have a better understanding & Transportation of Dangerous Goods, identification, the hazard Associated with each type of Dangerous goods, and various types of procedures on how to handle different types of dangerous goods.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

- Label and package hazardous materials according to transportation, distribution, and package handling regulations and policy.
- Conduct audits on dangerous goods in compliance with dangerous goods packaging and shipping standards.
- Ensure that each package you transport complies with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Air Transportation Association (IATA)
- Freight Forwarder staff preparing DG / HAZMAT shipments
- Airline staff preparing dangerous goods as Company Material (COMAT)
- Newcomers to the industry
- Awareness 1: 8 Hours
- Awareness 2: 4 Hours
A SATC Certificate will be issued after successful completion of the course.
- Awareness 1: 300,000TZS
